I am a qualified an accredited Mindfulness, Meditation and Resilience instructor (SMART foundations) and can deliver fun and easy to understand training sessions about how to integrate these practices into your everyday life and work, as a tool to cope with anxiety, depression, or create some space in a busy mind, or a busy life. I can also offer a relaxation session incorporating mindfulness and a tension releasing visualization.
Mindful Movement Classes, blend gentle chair based exercise designed for the elderly using props and the imagination with a focus on the breathe and on noticing mindfully during the movements. This can be a mixed group including people with and without dementia and with a variety of disabilities. It contains singing, relaxing sounds and music and the second half is always gentle relaxation with a beautiful visualization meditation.
Mindful Movement and gentle relaxation sessions usually last an hour.
